Fabrication of blue and white light emitting polymer based inverted organic light emitting diodes based on multilayer deposition of solution processable polymers

(in English) In this study, we investigated the loe-cost, efficient fabrication techniques of all-printed inverted organic light emitting diodes (iPLEDs) using solution processed polymeric materials. We compared the spincoated and pushcoated method and obtained the multilayered structure by transfer printing. We fabricated multilayered iPLEDs consisting of ITO/ Al-doped ZnO (AZO)/ polyethyleneimine ethoxylate (PEIE)/ 1,3,5-tri(m-pyrid-3-yl-phenyl)benzene (TmPyPB)/ light emitting layer(poly (dioctylfluorene) (F8) or F8:Super Yellow(SY) blend) / poly[(9,9-dioctylfluorenyl-2,7-diyl)-alt-(4,4'-(N-(4-butylphenyl)) (TFB) / 1,4,5,8,9,11-hexaazatriphenylenehexacarbonitrile(HAT-CN)/Al structures. In push-coated F8, Film structure in the β-phase with high fluorescence quantum yield was confirmed from the absorption spectra, and the device performance was better than that of the spin-coated film. The maximum external quantum efficiency (EQE) and the threthold voltage (Vth) were 2.6 % and 6.8 V for blue- and 2.2 % and 6.8 V for white-iPLEDs.
