A Proposal on Data Driven Process Design Method

(in English) In the business improvement approach based on visualization of business processes so far, the ideal business process is designed by eliminating redundancy of existing processes. This business improvement method has many achievements in Japan. However, this method has the problems that the visualization of the business process and the simplification of the business process become personal based. Therefore, the resulted business process may differ depending on designers.
In this paper, we propose a data-driven process design method for designing a business process consisting of a series of conversion processes from input data to output data by defining input data and output data to the business process.
