The structured total least norm method has been proposed for estimating the one-dimensional null space of structured matrices with errors. The accuracy of this method, however, depends on the initial linear equation obtained by moving one column of a given matrix to the right-hand side. The traditional strategy is to solve the equation with all possible candidates and select the best one. This method is computationally expensive. In this paper, we propose a method to obtain a good initial linear equation while maintaining accuracy. |
