For a sustainable health care service, a co-creation with care workers is essential. However, a co-creation project with busy workers has a difficulty in building a rapport due to their psychological burden to join it. In this paper, we define a real world where they get daily tasks done and a virtual world where they participate in a design workshop. A process of service design is regarded as a means to connect those two worlds. A case study on the co-creation with care workers provides discussion on the issue and value of design processes from the viewpoint of workshop media experiences. |
