Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Assessment for teaching programming skills is often employed a peer
assessment for code sets as a performance assessment.
In this report, performance and validity of the developed procedure
which is base on the item response theory (IRT) was applied and
evaluated in two sets of practical class for programming hands-on
session.
As the result, the ability of all participants, who joined a peer
assessment session at least, can be estimated and these scores more fit
to instructor's assessment rather than the raw scores.
Also, additional estimated parameters for each participant represent
some behavior of rating peer performance.
