Fabrication of MgSnO thin film using sol-gel method for SnS/MgSnO thin film solar cell

(in English) We prepared magnesium tin oxide (referred to as MTO) thin film on FTO (fluorine doped tin oxide) by the sol-gel method. We deposited tin sulfide (SnS) thin film and gold (Au) electrode using thermal evaporation on the MTO film for a heterojunction solar cell. In this report, I-V (current-voltage) characteristics and C-V (capacitance-voltage) characteristics were measured and evaluated for various fabrication conditions of MTO thin film.
