In terms of Ueda’s theory of chaos, i.e., the concept of randomly transitional oscillations, we discuss the implications of our previous results for the estimation of the Kolmogorov-Sinai entropy rate from the string entropy rate of the symbolic dynamics of chaos, the prediction of chaotic attractors using noisy echo state networks, and a chaos-based stream cipher with secret-key exchange on the basis of the synchronization between randomized chaotic oscillators. |
