CLLC resonant converters have attracted much attention because of their advantages such as large input/output range and soft-switching capability. The CLLC resonant converter cannot transmit power bidirectionally by frequency modulation alone, and a hybrid control method combining frequency modulation and phase shift modulation has been proposed to transmit power in both directions. Although the first harmonic approximation (FHA) is widely used to analyze the static characteristics, it has not yet been considered for hybrid control. In this study, the FHA is used to analyze a CLLC resonant converter with hybrid control. From the simulation results, it is confirmed that the output of the converter can be accurately approximated by FHA. |
