(in English) In recent years, with the development of AI-based services, the development of human resources capable of utilizing ICT has become a major issue. However, there are only a few programming teaching materials targeting lower elementary school students, who are at the stage of introduction, and there is an urgent need to develop and implement new programming teaching materials. In this study, we report on the development of analog and digital programming teaching materials for lower elementary school students, which can proceed according to the same rules.
