Recently, the market scale of health and productivity management support services is expanding, while expectations for tele-healthcare are increasing to alleviate spatio-temporal constraints. This study is aiming on-site implementation of an always-on monitoring system to contribute health and productivity management. The system is designed for analyzing physical and mental states of workers in terms of productivity and Quality of Working (QoW). We implemented an experimental system to measure location and biometric information and to investigate subjective emotions using the experience sampling method. In this paper, we report a demonstration experiment conducted for analyzing employees engaged in multiple types of operations in an expressway service area. |
