Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites have strong electron-lattice coupling, which facilitates carriers in the crystal changing to polarons and affects crystal structure. MAPbBr3 photoluminescence spectral dynamics showed continuous-wave laser could induce structural phase transition by produced polarons without lattice heating. Phase transition was induced at 40 K lower temperature than the critical temperature Tc, whereas was induced by pumping with low density of 85 mW/cm2 at 5 K lower point than Tc. |
