Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In order to enhance the experience of online communication, it is important to present the information to the speaker. However, conventional approaches focus on High-definition reproduction of the face-to-face environment, and it is not clear what kind of senses are formed in the speaker's mind during the interaction. Therefore, in this study, we attempted to analyze 18 types of psychological evaluation questionnaires used in previous studies in order to systematize the subjective senses that speakers form internally and the relationships between them. As a result of this analysis, we propose a subjective sensation model that reclassifies subjective senses during communication into six categories, and describe an example of using this model to improve the communication experience.
