This paper proposes distributed uplink MIMO (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) signal detection algorithms based on DU (deep unfolding) . In the distributed system, multiple distributed SPUs (sub processing units) having multiple antennas execute an iterative signal processing process to detect transmitted signals in cooperation with a CPU (central processing unit). SPUs are in different noise environments depending on the places they are located. We introduce weighting parameters for each SPU into the proposed method in order to improve performance under those environments. In addition, we apply DU to the weights to obtain further improvement of the performance. DU is a method for optimizing parameters involved in an iterative algorithm by using commonly used techniques in deep learning such as backpropagation and stochastic gradient descent. We show experimental results of the performance comparison of the proposed method with conventional methods. The results indicate that the proposed method with the weighting parameters learned by DU improve the detection performance in the different noise environments. |
