A Note on Multi-label Image Classification in Animation Illustration Considering Hierarchical Relationships of Attributes

(in English) This paper presents a multi-label classification of animated illustrations considering the hierarchical relationships of attributes. In animation production, since creators often intentionally highlight the subtle attributes of the characters and objects when creating anime illustrations, we focus on the task of multi-label attribute classification. To capture the relationship between attributes, we use hierarchical clustering to organize the attribute information of anime illustrations by hierarchical label assignment to form a hierarchical feature. Furthermore, we construct a graph convolutional network that can use the hierarchical feature to achieve high accuracy in multi-label attribute classification. Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
