| 抄録 | （和） | 料理中のキッチンでレシピを参照する際に，汚れた手や水に濡れた手で本やスマートフォン・タブレット端末の操作を行うことは，汚損や端末の誤動作・故障の原因になる上に，衛生的ではないという問題がある．この問題を解決するための一手段として，非接触で情報端末を操作できるユーザーインターフェイスとして近年注目されている空中結像の活用が考えられる．本研究では，空中結像を利用して非接触でレシピを参照できるシステムのユーザビリティ上の問題を明らかにするために，空中ディスプレイの試作およびレシピ提示用のWebサイトのデザインと評価を行った．空中ディスプレイの試作においては，「コンパクトなキッチンでも邪魔にならずに設置・利用が可能であること」を，Webサイトのデザインにおいては「空中結像の特性を踏まえて操作しやすいデザインとすること」を重視した．本報告では，上記のシステムの試作およびそのユーザビリティ評価実験から得られた知見について述べる． |
| （英） | When referring to recipes during cooking in the kitchen, using books or operating smartphones or tablet devices with dirty or wet hands can lead not only to damage to the books or malfunction of the devices but also to be unsanitary. To address this problem, aerial imaging, which allows for touchless operation of information devices and has recently gained attention, can be a potential solution. In this study, a mid-air display prototype and a recipe-providing website design and their evaluation were conducted to reveal the usability issues of a system that allows for touchless reference of recipes using aerial imaging. In the prototype of the mid-air display, it was emphasized that it should be compact and not obstructive in a small kitchen. In the design of the website, it was prioritized to have an easily operable design considering the characteristics of the aerial image. This report will present the findings from the trial of the above system and the user's evaluation experiment on its usability. | |
