| 抄録 | （和） | 一般に小集団における意思決定過程では，成員それぞれに自分の意見や考えを明示的に表明できる機会が多くあり，その分，多数決による採決や一部の特定の人物に最終的な決定を委任することが多い大集団での場合と比較して，成員による妥協や新たなアイディアの提案など複雑かつ創発的な相互作用が生じている可能性がある．ところがこのような相互作用系をモデリングした研究は今日まであまり注目されてきていない．これまで，集団における意思決定過程のモデリングには既存の選択肢から結論を導くMCGDM (Multi-Criteria Group Decision-Making) などのマルチエージェントシステムを用いたさまざまな試みがなされてきたが，小集団で多く観察される成員による妥協や新たなアイディアの提案といった創造的な側面を十分に反映したものではなかった．そのため，小集団における意思決定後の各成員が得られた結論に基づく事項に対してどのような態度や行動を示すのかについての予測は困難である．本研究は，小集団の意思決定の過程において個々の成員がその過程での相互作用とその結果に対する満足度を変数として，それを報酬系に組み込んだ強化学習モデルの構築を通して，各成員がその集団が得た結論に対してポジティブな態度で受け入れ，同時に意思決定に際して結論に至るまでに要する時間を短縮させる効果を与えることを明らかにした． |
| （英） | In general, in the decision-making process of small groups, there are many opportunities for members to explicitly express their opinions and thoughts, which may lead to complex and emergent interactions such as compromise and proposal of new ideas by members, compared to large groups where voting or delegation of final decisions to specific individuals is often used. However, research modeling such interaction systems has not received much attention until today. So far, various attempts have been made to model decision-making processes in groups using multi-agent systems such as MCGDM (Multi-Criteria Decision-Making), which derive conclusions from existing options. However, they still need to fully reflect on creative aspects such as compromise and proposal of new ideas by members often observed in small groups. Therefore, it has been difficult to predict how each member will behave or act towards matters based on the conclusions obtained by each member after decision-making in small groups. This study revealed that by constructing a reinforcement learning model that incorporates individual members’ satisfaction with interactions and their results as variables in the decision-making process of small groups, each member could accept the conclusion obtained by the group with a positive attitude and at the same time shorten the time required for decision-making. | |
