The endoscopic training system is required that checks whether the inspection points have been taken. In this report, we experiment by using a simulator 'mikoto' for estimating the 20 digestive parts from endoscopic images. Water droplets adhere on the inner walls of simulator, and reflections of endoscope light source appear as white region in the images with depending on the position of endoscope camera. Evaluation without removal of light reflections on walls results in 92% accuracy. Reflected areas of light source are remained without processing such as inpainting, and it is performed by using each 200 images for 20 parts with/without light reflection as deep learning. |
