| 抄録 | （和） | 本稿では，私たちが物事を認識する2つの認知過程に焦点をあて，外界を意味付けするための分節の違いが量化と関係化という2つの意味形成に対応していることを説明する。次に，その意味形成の違いが明瞭に見いだされる言語表現（とくに日本語の無標性に基づく違い）について例示する。これら例文とその対訳（英語や中国語）を挙げて対照する。これらの例は，母国語の記述の背後にある認知プロセスを学習者に認識させることが可能であり，外国語を学習する際には，学習者が考え方の違いを理解することが重要であることを示す。 |
| （英） | In this paper, the author focuses on two cognitive processes in which we perceive things and explains that the segmental differences for implicating the external world correspond to two semantic formations: quantification and relationalization. Then, examples are given of linguistic expressions (especially differences based on Japanese unmarked-ness) in which differences in meaning formation are clearly identified. These examples and their bilingual translations (in English or Chinese) are listed and contrasted. These examples show that it is possible to make learners aware of the cognitive processes behind the description of their native language and that it is important for learners to understand differences in ways of thinking when learning a foreign language. | |
