(in English) In order to realize highly realistic and immersive applications, it is necessary to develop efficient methods for streaming 3D content with large data size. The importance of each part of the space changes over time. That is because the relative positional relationship between space or objects and freely moving user is constantly changing. Therefore, it is important to adaptively stream the space to the user's changing vision over time. With this motivation, the author proposed a LoD-based quality control method for 3D tile-based point cloud streaming, implemented it, and evaluated its performance.
