(in English) The basic principle for the formation of a digital society is "leave no one behind, and digitalize in a people-friendly manner. We have proposed a model of information system development by information system users themselves, and have been conducting demonstration experiments based on this model since 2019, using teachers and staff of kindergarten and day-care facilities as subjects. We have developed an information system using IC cards for authentication at the time of entrance to and from kindergartens. In this paper, we describe a modified version of this system that utilizes a face recognition API and the flow-based programming tool Node-RED. Using these in conjunction with kintone, we aim to reduce the barriers to the development of information systems by faculty and staff themselves. The background of the requirement is that teachers and staff are forced to work based on the previous workflow for parents who forget to bring their IC cards. By mid-February 2023, 57 parents will be operational, and all 150 will be covered starting in April.
