We have proposed a method to link data managed in a relational database with a graph database in real time and to utilize graph data as a method to quickly understand autonomous changes in network configurations and ICT resources, which are becoming increasingly diverse and complex. In our previous paper, we proposed a simple and quick method to construct a system that uses a hybrid of these two databases, and also showed an example of its use as master data management using data targeted by telecommunications carriers. This paper proposes a method of utilizing graph databases by converting system monitoring data into graph data, which can be applied to existing systems, to visualize the concentration and chain of alerts, to track the root causes of failures, and to recommend similar tickets by connecting ticket management data, thereby enabling rapid response to failures. |
