In zoos and aquariums, merely observing creatures in a vague manner does not lead to subsequent memory. In our past work, we focused on penguins, which have distinctive abdominal patterns, and proposed a method of observation and search by drawing penguins. In this work, we conducted the drawing experiments using a video of penguins and in an aquarium, and analyzed the similarity of drawing based on the order of drawing the abdominal spots. The results showed that people tended to draw from the upper point to the lower point. Also, the pattern scattered in a circle tended to be drawn from the upper left point in a clockwise direction. |
