How are learning strategies formed through reflection? -- As an example of adult learning --

(in English) We conducted a survey of participants in actual training programs to find out what strategies working adults use when learning. The results confirmed that learning strategies are highly individualized. The location, time, and learning tools for preparation were also diverse. On the other hand, the common factor was a change in mindset. Although the settings were performance mindset, a certain number of people were confirmed to have changed to learning (growth) mindset in the final review. For example, it is known that studying at intervals is more effective than studying intensively, but there was a tendency to work in the opposite way, that is, to concentrate.
