| 抄録 | （和） | 本論は，これからの中小製造業には消費者要求に基づく品質管理が重要になることを示した上で，中小製造業者に対して行ったアンケート調査から現状の確認と課題発見を行い，そこからその課題解決方法について考察する．近年，グローバル社会の到来により消費者の多様化や消費者が求めるものが急速に変化する中で，中小製造業においては消費者の要求を的確に捉え，それに応えるための製品やサービスの提供，そしてそれらを実現するための品質管理が競争力の維持・向上に欠かせない．ところが，今回実施したアンケート調査から，品質管理をする上で消費者の要求を調査することの必要性は感じているものの，それを実際には行っていない，もしくは行えない現状が明らかになった．そこで，そこにある課題を明らかにし，消費者要求に基づく品質管理の実現に向けてデジタル技術の活用について考察する． |
| （英） | This study underscores the importance of quality management based on consumer demands for small and medium-sized manufacturing businesses in the future. It surveys these businesses to ascertain the current situation and identify challenges, and then explores solutions to these challenges. In recent years, with the arrival of a global society, the diversification of consumers and the rapid change in what they demand, it is crucial for small and medium-sized manufacturers to accurately grasp consumer demands and provide products and services to meet them. Quality control to realize these offerings is indispensable for maintaining and enhancing competitiveness. However, the survey revealed that while these manufacturers recognize the need to investigate consumer demands for quality management, they are either not doing it in practice or cannot do it. Therefore, this study identifies the problems therein and discusses the use of digital technology to realize quality management based on consumer demands. | |
