With the addition of the direction-finding capability to BLE in 2019, the angle of arrival (AoA) of a signal can be easily acquired by using BLE.In AoA-aided estimation, the position of the BLE transmitter is estimated by the triangulation rule among AoAs of BLE signals.However, noise and other factors can cause errors in the AoA measurements, inevitably degrading positioning accuracy even in line-of-sight environments.To solve this problem, utilization methods of neural network (NN) and convolutional neural network (CNN) are proposed to improve positioning accuracy. Positioning experiments in indoor environments have been conducted to collect training data for training the NN and the CNN and test data for evaluation. The results show us the effectiveness of the proposed method. |
