| 抄録 | （和） | 近年, 音声対話システムの向上に伴い, 音声対話をインターフェースとしたシステムが多く普及してきた. しかし, 音声対話システムの課題としてユーザが機械に話しかけることに抵抗感を持つことがあげられている. また, 人と人の会話では言語だけでなく, 非言語情報が重要であることが知られている. そこで本システムは, ユーザの表情の感情情報を用いて表情に応じた反応を行うマルチ―モーダル対話システムの構築とその有用性の検証を行った. マルチモーダル対話システムとして, ユーザの音声と表情から得た感情情報の 2 種類の入力をもって対話制御を行うシステムを構築した. 対話制御部で 3D モデルとモデルの音声の制御を行う. さらに, システムの主観評価を行い, 本システムが機械感の軽減に有効であることを示した. |
| （英） | In recent years, with the improvement of spoken dialogue systems, many systems using spoken dialogue as an interface have become popular. However, one of the challenges of spoken dialogue systems is that users are reluctant to talk to machines. It is also known that not only verbal but also nonverbal information is important in human conversation. Therefore, we constructed a multi-modal dialogue system that responds to the user's facial expressions by using the emotional information of the user's facial expressions, and verified the usefulness of the system. As a multi-modal dialogue system, we constructed a dialogue control system with two types of inputs: the user's voice and emotional information obtained from the user's facial expressions. The dialogue control section controls the 3D model and the voice of the model. Furthermore, a subjective evaluation of the system is conducted, and it is shown that this system is effective in reducing the sense of mechanics. | |
