300GHz band Sub-Terahertz Imaging using MIMO Techniques

Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page) 
(in English) Sub-Terahertz waves enable obstacle penetrating high-resolution sensing and expect new applications. It is known that the MIMO (Multi Input Multi Output) imaging with $N$ element of transmitter and $M$ element of receiver acquires the spatial information equivalent to $N times M$ elements full array antenna. On the other hand, the computational reduction using FFT (Fast Fourie Transform) for the image reconstruction from the received signal makes an aberration. This paper reports the evaluation result of the effect of antenna layout on aberration.
