音楽は報酬感を人間にもたらす. 一方で, 気分障害では,報酬感が低下してしまう症状 (アンヘドニア) が知られており, 精神科リハビリテーションの一環として音楽療法が用いられることがある. しかし, 気分障害患者の音楽報酬への感受性は十分には解明されていない. そこで本研究では, 双極性障害患者を対象に, バルセロナ式音楽報酬質問紙による質問紙調査を実施した. その結果, 患者群は健常対照群より有意に音楽報酬感が低下していることが示されたものの, その程度には個人差が見られた. 今後の研究では, この音楽報酬感の個人差の要因を検討する必要がある. |

Music provides humans with a sense of reward. Furthermore, music therapy can be employed to treat mood disorders that result in a decreased sense of reward (anhedonia). However, changes in the sense of musical reward in patients with mood disorders have not yet been fully elucidated. In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey for patients with bipolar disorder using the Barcelona Music Reward Questionnaire. The results showed that patients with bipolar disorder showed a significantly lower sense of musical reward than healthy controls, but the degree of this decrease varied among individuals. Further studies are needed to investigate the factors contributing to individual differences in music reward sensitivity. |
