This paper analyzes a globally-coupled cell population model representing the regulation of differentiation ratios by using reduced models which reduce the number of variables. We compare the simulations of the original cell population model and the reduced models to examine the relationship between the models. Subsequently, we perform bifurcation analyses of the reduced models to examine the relationship between the differentiation ratio regulation and the parameters of the cell population model. |
