Derivation and flight verification of minimum-time takeoff paths for fixed-wing UAV

(in English) While the use of Unnamed Aerial Vehicle(UAV) recently expands, the fixed-wing UAVs require a run way for take-off. To overcome it, it is necessary to make the UAV take off in a short distance and climb as fast as possible. In such a circumstance this paper describes how to derive the minimum time take-off path to reach a steady state level flight with the rise-up of the UAV as its start by using sequential quadratic programming. After getting the minimum-time takeoff path, its validity was first confirmed by using 6-DOF flight simulation and then, a flight experiment was carried out to verify the simulation.
