Evaluation of the Impact on Mentors in a Mentalization Support System for Generating Questions to Mentee

(in English) To reduce the burden on educators in inquiry-based learning, we realize a support system to deepen the mentee’s questions in mentoring. In our previous study, we proposed a chat system that generates questions based on the design of question patterns which is said to be important for deepening questions. Although we showed that the proposed system had a positive effect on the mentors, we have not evaluated it from the mentors’ point of view. In this study, to evaluate the tendency among mentors, we conducted an experiment in which we asked experimental participants to mentor each other using that system.
