| 抄録 | （和） | 誤情報が人々に利己的行動を促すことで社会に損害を及ぼす集団行動問題は無視できない課題である．これに加えて，近年，問題を回避するための訂正情報が「多元的無知」によりかえって問題を拡大させてしまう事例が発生した．この訂正情報による集団行動問題に対処するには利己的行動を抑制させる情報を人々に提供する戦略が重要である．説得力のある抑制情報であれば，他者への利他性や互恵性による情報共有によって，一定数の行動抑制が期待される．集団行動問題の解決を目指す組織に対しては，抑制情報の効果や提供するための条件等の定量的な知見を与えるための数理モデルが必要となる．しかし，既存の数理モデルはこの問題と戦略を記述するのに適していないと思われる．そこで，本稿は主観論理と累積プロスペクト理論を用いた新たな数理モデルを構築する． |
| （英） | The collective action problem, in which misinformation prompts individuals to engage in self-interested behavior, which causes societal harm, poses a serious challenge. In recent years, there have been cases in which corrective information, intended to mitigate the problem, has paradoxically exacerbated the problem because of 'pluralistic ignorance.' To tackle the collective action problem arising from corrective information, it is crucial to adopt a strategy that dissuades self-interested behavior by providing people with relevant information. A certain number of individuals may be persuaded to adopt the desired behavior through the dissemination of inhibitive information, grounded in altruism and reciprocity, especially if the information is persuasive. Organizations aiming to address the collective action problem require a mathematical model to offer quantitative insights into the effectiveness of the information and the conditions for its dissemination. However, existing mathematical models could be more suitable for describing this problem and strategy. Therefore, this paper constructs a new mathematical model using subjective logic and cumulative prospect theory. | |
