A Study for Visualizing Accuracy in Body Orientation Estimation with Millimeter-Wave Radar

(in English) Displacements of the human body surface are often used in measurements of physiological information using millimeter-wave radar, and the waveform of the displacement depends on the body orientation. To estimate the body orientation, it is reported to be effective to use the respiratory displacement waveform. In this paper, we propose a method that is an extension of a conventional method for estimating the body orientation using respiratory displacement and demonstrate that the method can be used for visualizing the accuracy of the estimation.
