In this study, we aim to reproduce the actual infection situation by proposing the SEIQARD model, which considers “asymptomatic” and “quarantine” state in hospitals and other facilities, in addition to the conventional mathematical model of infectious diseases. Parameters are determined using a genetic algorithm to approximate the actual number of new infections. As a result, we were able to reproduce the actual situation in Toyama Prefecture using the SEIQARD model. By using this model, it will be possible to evaluate the effect of the proportion of asymptomatic infected people and PCR expansion methods. |
