In this paper, we propose and evaluate novel classification models generated by fine-tuning a pre-trained image classification model for diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder using functional magnetic resonance image (fMRI) data. In this method, the features are extracted by the fine-tuned model of the pre-trained EfficientNetV2 or Vision Transformer autoencoder. Then, we classify the feature-extracted data into a class by SVM which shows high generalization ability for classification problem. We evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed model through computer experiments using benchmark datasets. |
