Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In the textile industry, DXing of high-quality inspections at factories is essential from the perspective of improving product quality and productivity, but there are problems unique to the textile industry. One is the problem of product inspections (fabrics inspections). Although extremely important from the viewpoint of quality control, it is necessary to accommodate a wide variety of patterns and structures, and visual inspections by skilled workers are common and costly. By automating this process, the cost of inspection can be reduced, and the quality of fabrics can be improved by increasing inspection accuracy and uniformity.
Secondly, it is difficult to detect and predict loom (waving machine) abnormalities. Production control is important to maintain quality, but because each part of the loom operates in complex ways according to various patterns and structures, mechanical prediction is difficult, and periodic inspections and inspections must be performed by skilled technicians. More accurate detection and prediction of abnormalities is expected to further improve productivity. In this presentation, as a basic study for understanding the status of mechanical operation of a loom from its operating sound.
