This paper introduces a ChatGPT-aided learning support application that aims to facilitate personalized learning, focusing on gaining understanding of Three.js library capabilities to create 3D drawings. Typically, using Three.js involves advanced technologies like webGL, posing a challenge to those who don’t have a thorough understanding of 3D drawing mechanisms. Because of this challenge, it is necessary to provide support for comprehending these mechanisms. When studying individually, learners often find it difficult to ask questions and check if they have understood correctly. To overcome these issues, this paper suggests a method involving the integration of ChatGPT into learning support. Its core function revolves around a testing mechanism to gauge the learner's comprehension of each unit. Related content aligned with the learning goals of each unit is pre-stored in the VectorStore database. Subsequently, ChatGPT generates test content and answer sheets from this database, facilitating comprehension tests. The chatbox feature enables users to pose questions, access answers, and receive guidance on source code. The learning material is structured to systematically guide users through the process of implementing a 3D shooting game, helping them acquire coding skills related to 3D representation in web browsers. It is expected that the automatic grading results and the accuracy of the advice and the test/answer content this application provides will improve with the expansion of database content. |
