| (in English) | Web Transport is a protocol for data transmission using HTTP/3 and is being developed as a protocol for communications requiring real-time performance, such as online conferences and communications for IoT devices. One of the features of WebTransport protocol is to use QUIC as the transport protocol, and multiplexing the QUIC stream can improve communication efficiency while maintaining real-time performance and reliability, however quantitative evaluation using actual video and audio data has not been performed. In this paper, we evaluated the fundamental performance of WebTransport in real-time video streaming, using the developed system assuming the use case of videoconferencing. |
