The Diagnosis Support System for Oral Mucosal Diseases is a system designed to assist dentists. The input to the system is an image from which the user cuts out the disease area from the oral. Therefore, there is a problem that the location and the range of the suspected disease area differ depending on the person who performs the extraction, and the identification result differs. Assuming that the range set by the specialist is the correct range, the system was improved for dentists who tend to have larger range than the range set by the specialist. In this report, the system is improved to focus on the outside of the cutout range for dentists who tend to have small range. We verify whether ensemble learning using multiple local images different from the cropped image as input images is effective in improving the discrimination rate. Considered that information such as teeth and opening instruments that exist outside of the disease area may change the extracted feature values and affect the identification. Set unaffected colors from features effective for identification and process oral images. We will investigate the effectiveness of this method by comparing the identification rate of the oral mucosal images after processing and before processing. |
