An aptitude evaluation method for finding supporters based on occurrence of character strings

(in English) In this paper, we propose a system for identifying workers with sufficient knowledge to solve problems during working, based on the occurrence of character strings handled by workers. For utilizing business know-how on a company-wide basis, it is effective to identify workers with sufficient knowledge to solve problems and to bring out unwritten business know-
how. For this reason, there is an increasing need for technology that supports the understanding of the business know-how of workers. In this study, we applied and evaluated an aptitude evaluation method for identifying workers with sufficient knowledge,
based on the occurrence of character strings in business activities, to business documents. Furthermore, we propose an improvement method for problems obtained from the evaluation and demonstrated the effectiveness. Also, we discussed a relationship with the "problem model" that structures contents of troubles in business scene.
