Bragg reflector type resonators have good heat dissipation and high electrical resistance. On the other hand, it is impossible to grow a single crystal piezoelectric thin film on the low acoustic impedance layer of the Bragg reflector, which is mainly made of amorphous SiO2. In this study, we report a new resonator with a transferred lead titanate epitaxial films which has high piezoelectricity. |
