| 抄録 | （和） | 本研究は，2023年度研究優秀賞をいただいた内容を紹介するとともに，令和6年能登半島地震をふりかえり，本研究の意義を改めて確認する．これは，我が国では東日本大震災以降，個別避難計画やマイタイムラインの重要性が指摘され，各地で策定が進められている一方で具体的な手順が示されていない点を問題として位置づけている．この状況を踏まえ，マイタイムラインに焦点をあて，個別避難計画の要素も含めた計画策定支援ツールを設計・開発した．特に，避難のためだけの仕組みとするのではなく，災害後の被災者生活再建までを視野に入れ，登録された情報の継続的な再利用を可能とする仕掛けを導入している点が特徴的である． |
| （英） | This study introduces the contents of the 2023 Research Excellence Award and reaffirms the significance of this study by reviewing the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake. The importance of individual evacuation plan and "My-Timeline" has been pointed out in Japan since the Great East Japan Earthquake, and while these plans are being formulated in various regions, the fact that specific procedures are not yet provided is positioned as a problem. Under this situation, we designed and developed a planning support tool that focuses on My-Timeline and includes elements of individual evacuation plans. The tool is unique in that it is not only designed for evacuation, but also for post-disaster reconstruction of the lives of disaster victims, and it introduces a mechanism that enables continuous reuse of the registered information. | |
