[Memorial Lecture] Proposal of Support System for Developing My-Timeline with A View to Supporting Survivors Life Reconstruction

(in English) This study introduces the contents of the 2023 Research Excellence Award and reaffirms the significance of this study by reviewing the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake. The importance of individual evacuation plan and "My-Timeline" has been pointed out in Japan since the Great East Japan Earthquake, and while these plans are being formulated in various regions, the fact that specific procedures are not yet provided is positioned as a problem. Under this situation, we designed and developed a planning support tool that focuses on My-Timeline and includes elements of individual evacuation plans. The tool is unique in that it is not only designed for evacuation, but also for post-disaster reconstruction of the lives of disaster victims, and it introduces a mechanism that enables continuous reuse of the registered information.
