(in English) It is conventionally well known that today’s AI conversation systems do not understand natural language in the cognitive sense assumed by classical AI, which can lead to what is called human-robot cognitive divide here, namely, serious risk to interfere smooth human-robot interaction. This paper describes an approach to provide robots with human natural language understanding ability based on a mental image model in order to systematically remove such a risk assumable in future with some interim results so far.
