| 抄録 | （和） | 近年，称賛文化の醸成やコミュニケーションの活性化による職場環境改善のため， 多くの企業でサンクスカードが導入されている． ある企業では，福利厚生の一環として日頃の感謝の気持ちをポイントとミニメッセージで送り合う社内ポイントアプリをサンクスカードとして利用している． 本研究では，社内コミュニケーション活性化やメンタルヘルス不調の一次予防対策を目的として，社内ポイントアプリから得られるポイントやミニメッセージのやり取りのログデータの分析を行ない，ログデータ可視化プログラムの情報設計や視覚表現について検討する． 本稿では，可視化プログラムの機能のうち，ミニメッセージ分析，年度ごとの送信数の推移の分析，個人・部署の情報分析について紹介する． |
| （英） | In recent years, many companies have introduced thank-you cards to improve the working environment by fostering a culture of praise and stimulating communication. One company uses an in-house point application as a thank-you card as part of its welfare programme, in which employees send each other points and mini-messages to express their daily gratitude. This study analyses the log data of point and mini-message exchanges obtained from the in-house point application, and examines the information design and visual representation of the log data visualisation program, with the aim of activating in-house communication and taking primary prevention measures against mental health problems. This paper introduces some of the functions of the visualisation programme: mini-message analysis, analysis of the number of transmissions per year and analysis of individual and departmental information. |
