(in English) In recent years, many companies have introduced thank-you cards to improve the working environment by fostering a culture of praise and stimulating communication.
One company uses an in-house point application as a thank-you card as part of its welfare programme, in which employees send each other points and mini-messages to express their daily gratitude.
This study analyses the log data of point and mini-message exchanges obtained from the in-house point application, and examines the information design and visual representation of the log data visualisation program, with the aim of activating in-house communication and taking primary prevention measures against mental health problems.
This paper introduces some of the functions of the visualisation programme: mini-message analysis, analysis of the number of transmissions per year and analysis of individual and departmental information.
