A digital map (Dmap) is a digital dynamical system defined on a set of points, which can generate various periodic orbits depending on parameters. In this paper, we analyze the periodic orbits presented by Dmap. We define three simple features to analyze the behavior: first, we evaluate the complexity of the periodic orbit; second, we evaluate the stability of the periodic orbit; and third, we evaluate the irregularity of the periodic orbit. The periodic orbits of different Dmaps were analyzed using cross-correlation functions. Numerical analysis using these features shows that Dmap exhibits various periodic orbits.
