(in English) One of the challenges for people with developmental disorders in their work is communication. We are working to improve communication issues that hinder the effective use of workers' abilities. The purpose of this study is to clarify what kinds of troubles occur in corporate meetings, which are the place of business instructions and consensus building. Interviews were conducted with supervisors or supporters of employees with developmental disorders, and qualitative data analysis was conducted using SCAT. As a result, it was clarified in what kind of situation the difficulty of receiving and sending information in the meeting occurred concretely. In addition to cognitive support for information transmission, support to reduce the burden of efforts (including reasonable accommodation) by supervisors and supporters was indicated.
