Simulating Role Changes in Collaborative Learning -- A Study on Role Changes in a Virtual Multi-agent Environment --

(in English) In this study, we constructed a simulation system for a collaborative learning environment using the Autogen framework developed by Microsoft. This system allows to adjust agents' personalities, role assignments, and knowledge sharing patterns. We analyzed the impact on the similarity and convergence of opinions among the agents based on these adjustments. The results showed that when role-switching occurred, the amount of speech increased, the convergence of discussions improved, and it was possible to lead to a deeper discussion.
