Radar perception is a technology that employs radar in a manner analogous to that of a camera or lidar. Its objective is to detect, track, segment, and estimate the attitude of objects captured by radar. The recent enhanced spatial resolution of millimeter-wave radar has led to the emergence of radar perception as a significant technological field. We have been engaged in research activities on radar perception for automotive sensing and indoor monitoring. In this talk, we will provide an overview of these research. |
